Refund policy

KW Custom Creations warrants the quality of our products only upon receipt. Products are sold blank without laser engraving. The effect the laser has on each product is beyond our control and therefore the responsibility of the customer applying these customizations. Recommended laser engraving settings are not guaranteed to produce the same results as shown. 

 If you receive your order and have a defective product, please report the issue within 14 days of receipt. KW Custom Creations 2 will evaluate the defect and if deemed applicable, will issue a refund or replacement.
